This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of the above-named Astronomer to provide specialized professional services to the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. The Astronomer shall perform the following duties and deliverables as part of this contractual arrangement:

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Astronomer for the provision of professional astronomical services within the jurisdiction of Córdoba, Argentina. All terms herein shall be governed by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation and applicable provincial regulations of the Province of Córdoba.

5.2 The Astronomer shall perform all duties with the highest degree of professional competence, adhering to the ethical standards established by the Argentine Astronomical Society (Sociedad Argentina de Astronomía) and the international IAU guidelines.

5.3 The Astronomer shall maintain all observational data, research notes, and proprietary information in strict confidence. Any publication arising from work performed under this Purchase Order shall credit the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba as the sponsoring institution.

5.4 The Astronomer is responsible for securing all necessary professional licenses, insurance coverage, and permits required to operate astronomical instruments and conduct field observations within the Province of Córdoba, Argentina.

5.5 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting the Córdoba, Argentina observatory site, the Astronomer shall notify the Buyer in writing within forty-eight (48) hours, and affected service dates shall be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5.6 The Buyer reserves the right to audit the Astronomer's work progress at any reasonable time during the contract period. The Astronomer shall provide monthly progress reports by the fifth business day of each month.

Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the Astronomer's designated account. Invoices shall be submitted monthly and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to overdue balances. The total contract value of ARS 3,175,000 shall be disbursed in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of ARS 264,583.33, with the final installment adjusted to account for any rounding differences.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Astronomer in Córdoba, Argentina.
