- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between MIAAR, Australia Melbourne, and the named Astronomer upon signature by both parties. All terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
- The Astronomer shall dedicate a minimum of 80% of professional working hours to the project described herein. Any deviation from this commitment requires prior written approval from the Procurement Director at MIAAR, Australia Melbourne.
- All data, observations, and intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by MIAAR and the Astronomer, with publication rights shared equally. The Astronomer retains the right to present findings at international conferences.
- Payment shall be processed in quarterly instalments of AUD $157,750.00, due within thirty (30) calendar days of the submission of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.

- The Astronomer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $5,000,000 for the duration of this engagement, as required by Australian regulatory standards for research professionals.
