4.1 Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in two installments. Installation and configuration services shall commence within five (5) business days of hardware delivery and shall be completed within an additional ten (10) business days.

4.3 Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: The supplier, Astronomer Inc., acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable export control regulations, international trade laws, and the specific import regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All documentation required for customs clearance at the Iran Tehran port of entry shall be provided by the supplier at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.

4.4 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the Astronomer platform, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, and proprietary data processing frameworks, remain the exclusive property of Astronomer Inc. The purchasing entity in Iran Tehran is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Astronomer platform for internal research and academic purposes only.

4.5 Warranties: Astronomer Inc. warrants that all hardware delivered under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation in Iran Tehran.
