4. Delivery and Installation Terms

All Astronomer equipment items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the MSARI facility at 12 Pirogovskaya Street, Russia Moscow, 119991, no later than 15 September 2025. The Astronomer Enclosed Observatory Dome (Item AST-005) requires a dedicated heavy-lift transport and shall be delivered in modular sections for on-site assembly. 5. Payment Terms

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Euros (EUR) via international wire transfer to the Seller's designated bank account. The payment schedule for the Astronomer package is as follows: (a) 30% advance payment (EUR 604,080.00) due within 10 business days of mutual signature of this Purchase Order; (b) 50% progress payment (EUR 1,006,800.00) due upon confirmed shipment of all Astronomer hardware items from the Seller's Munich facility; (c) 20% final payment (EUR 402,720.00) due within 15 business days following successful commissioning, calibration, and acceptance of the complete Astronomer system at the Russia Moscow site. 6. Quality Assurance and Acceptance
