Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by the buyer to Astronomer International Trading Co., located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by both parties.
- All Astronomer products listed herein shall be delivered to the designated KACST facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than the required delivery date specified above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Astronomer shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all hardware items and a 12-month warranty on software licenses. Warranty claims shall be processed within Saudi Arabia Jeddah by Astronomer's local technical support team.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Astronomer's designated account in Saudi Arabia Jeddah within 45 days of receipt of a valid commercial invoice. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (AST-JED-2025-04872).
- All Astronomer equipment must comply with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and carry the required conformity certificates prior to delivery in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Astronomer shall assign a dedicated project manager based in Saudi Arabia Jeddah to oversee installation, calibration, and the 5-day on-site training program for KACST research staff.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
- Astronomer shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit within Saudi Arabia Jeddah until final acceptance by the buyer's receiving department.
- Neither party may assign this Purchase Order without prior written consent of the other party. All intellectual property related to Astronomer software remains the exclusive property of Astronomer International Trading Co.
