All physical goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Buyer's premises at 42 Deansgate Square, Manchester, United Kingdom, no later than 30 July 2025. Delivery shall be arranged by Astronomer Ltd. at their own cost, and all goods must be insured in transit in accordance with United Kingdom trade regulations. The Buyer's site manager in Manchester shall sign the delivery manifest upon receipt. All software licences, platform subscriptions, and service engagements referenced in this Purchase Order shall be activated and made fully operational no later than 15 August 2025. Astronomer shall assign a dedicated project lead based in or accessible to the Manchester, United Kingdom region to oversee all implementation activities.
PAYMENT TERMS- Payment Schedule: 30% deposit (GBP 71,838.00) due within 14 days of acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% (GBP 119,730.00) due upon confirmed delivery and installation in Manchester; 20% (GBP 47,892.00) due 90 days post-completion of the full support and integration contract.
