1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, and the federal laws of the United States applicable to commercial transactions in San Francisco.
2. Payment: The Buyer shall remit payment within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of invoice issuance. Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the Astronomer, Inc. bank account as specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
3.
