• Supplier Technical Coordination: Liaison with tier-1 and tier-2 automotive suppliers operating within the Córdoba industrial corridor to ensure component specifications and tolerances are met.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all vehicle systems meet the technical regulations established by the Argentine National Directorate of Traffic (DNRPA) and applicable provincial norms in Córdoba.
• Documentation & Reporting: Monthly technical reports, design change notices, and engineering change orders submitted to the IAC S.A. engineering management team.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between IAC S.A. and the named Automotive Engineer upon signature by both parties. All work shall be performed at the IAC S.A. facility in Argentina Córdoba unless otherwise authorized in writing.
2. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in the Province of Córdoba, as well as the Argentine Labor Code (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo Nº 20.744) where applicable to the engagement structure.
3. Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be the exclusive property of IAC S.A. The Automotive Engineer warrants that all deliverables are original and do not infringe upon third-party patents or proprietary rights.
4. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the Automotive Engineer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
5. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and the specific commercial regulations of the Province of Córdoba.
7. The Automotive Engineer shall maintain professional registration with the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Córdoba throughout the duration of this engagement and shall provide proof of such registration upon request.
