1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, specifically the Chilean Civil Code and the Chilean Commercial Code. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago.
2. Payment: Payment shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via electronic bank transfer to the seller's account in Santiago, Chile, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. 3. 4. 5.
