The Automotive Engineer must be prepared to work full-time on-site in DR Congo Kinshasa and shall comply with all local labor regulations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and shall be interpreted in accordance with the civil and commercial code applicable in DR Congo Kinshasa.

4.2 The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the local labor code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. All statutory contributions, including pension and social security, shall be remitted in accordance with DR Congo Kinshasa regulations.

4.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

4.4 The vendor guarantees that the Automotive Engineer shall possess all qualifications, certifications, and professional references stated in the attached candidate profile. Any misrepresentation shall render this Purchase Order voidable at the sole discretion of Kinshasa Automotive Solutions S.A.R.L.

4.5 The Automotive Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary designs, manufacturing processes, and client information encountered during the tenure at the DR Congo Kinshasa facility. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of duties.

4.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date, less any applicable penalties as defined herein.

4.7 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo Kinshasa, in accordance with the rules of the Congo Arbitration Centre.

The vendor is responsible for coordinating international travel, work permit acquisition from the Ministry of Labour of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and initial onboarding logistics. All equipment listed in Line Item 04 shall be delivered to the DR Congo Kinshasa site no later than 25 July 2025.

This Purchase Order (PO-KAS-2025-0347) constitutes a binding procurement document for the engagement of an Automotive Engineer at the Kinshasa Automotive Solutions S.A.R.L. facility in DR Congo Kinshasa.
