4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the provision of Automotive Engineer professional services as described herein. All work shall be performed in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including the Kuwait Labour Law (Law No. 6 of 2010) and applicable municipal bylaws in Kuwait City.
4.2 The Automotive Engineer personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in the automotive sector is required for senior-level positions.
4.3 All deliverables, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Automotive Engineer team during the term of this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of Al-Nakheel Automotive Engineering Solutions W.L.L. upon full payment.
4.4 The Seller shall ensure that all Automotive Engineer staff are properly registered and permitted to work in Kuwait, Kuwait City, in accordance with the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) regulations. Work permits and residency visas shall be the responsibility of the Seller prior to commencement of services.
4.5 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Kuwait. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (KWT-AE-2025-0047) and shall be submitted to the Buyer's accounts payable department in Kuwait City within five (5) business days of milestone completion.
4.6 The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach, failure to meet performance benchmarks, or insolvency of the Seller.
4.7 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City under the rules of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Automotive Engineer services in Kuwait, Kuwait City. This document is valid only when signed and stamped by authorized representatives of both parties.
