Place of Performance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's principal facility located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, specifically at the engineering and development centre on Jalan Tun Razak. The Automotive Engineer team shall be required to be physically present at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur site for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, subject to the project phase requirements.
3. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. 4. Senior Automotive Engineer positions require a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the automotive industry. 9. Health, Safety, and Environment: All Automotive Engineer personnel shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA) of Malaysia and the buyer's internal safety protocols. The supplier shall ensure that all personnel undergo mandatory site induction and safety training prior to commencing work at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur facility.

The Automotive Engineer team shall commence their engagement on 1 August 2025 at the buyer's engineering facility in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The initial mobilisation period shall be five (5) working days, during which the Automotive Engineer personnel shall complete onboarding, site access registration, and project familiarisation.
