This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Pagoda Automotive Industries Co., Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Automotive Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and quality assurance operations of our vehicle assembly and after-sales engineering division located in Myanmar Yangon. The selected Automotive Engineer shall be responsible for overseeing the technical specifications of our locally assembled vehicle lines, conducting performance diagnostics, managing supplier component quality audits, and leading a team of junior technicians within our Yangon manufacturing facility.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with all disputes to be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
2. The Automotive Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, and possess no fewer than eight (8) years of progressive experience in vehicle manufacturing or OEM engineering.
3. All services rendered by the Automotive Engineer shall be performed at the Buyer's designated facility in Kamayut Township, Yangon, Myanmar, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Automotive Engineer is expected to be physically present in Myanmar Yangon for the duration of the contract term.
4. Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
5. The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all applicable Myanmar labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards enforced by the Myanmar Ministry of Industry and the Yangon Regional Government.
6. Confidentiality: The Automotive Engineer shall treat all proprietary designs, manufacturing processes, and customer data as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with fourteen (14) days' notice.
8. The Supplier warrants that the Automotive Engineer shall not be engaged in any competing automotive engineering consultancy within the Yangon metropolitan area during the contract term.
9. All deliverables, including reports, calibration data, and training materials produced by the Automotive Engineer, shall become the sole property of Golden Pagoda Automotive Industries Co., Ltd. upon full payment.
10. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Automotive Engineer services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Automotive Engineer services in Myanmar Yangon. This document is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue.
