• Conduct NVH testing and acoustic optimization in the dedicated anechoic chamber located at the Madrid industrial park facility.
• Develop, calibrate, and validate embedded control software for battery management systems (BMS) and motor controllers.
• Prepare weekly technical progress reports and monthly milestone deliverables in accordance with the project schedule agreed upon at contract inception.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering departments based in Spain Madrid.
• Ensure full compliance with EU automotive regulations (UNECE, ISO 26262 functional safety, and applicable Spanish industrial standards).
• Provide on-site technical support during production ramp-up phases at the Madrid assembly plant.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Madrid.
2. The Automotive Engineer(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the buyer's site safety protocols, confidentiality agreements, and intellectual property policies applicable to all personnel working within the Spain Madrid facility.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-SPM-04871).
4. The supplier guarantees that the Automotive Engineer assigned shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, along with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the automotive sector.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, plus a termination fee equivalent to one month's service fee.
6. All work products, designs, simulations, code, and documentation generated by the Automotive Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of Iberia Automotive Systems S.L.
7. The supplier shall maintain adequate professional indemnity and liability insurance coverage for the duration of the engagement, with a minimum cover of EUR 1,000,000 per occurrence, as required for operations in Spain Madrid.
8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. Should resolution not be achieved within sixty (60) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
9. This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted by the supplier without the prior written consent of the buyer.
