This Purchase Order is issued by Anadolu Automotive Solutions Ltd. to formally request the engagement of a qualified Automotive Engineer to provide specialized technical consulting, design validation, and production-line optimization services at our manufacturing facility located in the Tuzla Industrial Zone, Turkey Istanbul. The Automotive Engineer shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in powertrain development, chassis dynamics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) integration. The scope of work is governed by the master service agreement dated 02 March 2025 and the technical specifications annexed hereto as Appendix A.

All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's primary manufacturing and R&D campus situated in the Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone, Turkey Istanbul. The Automotive Engineer is expected to be physically present on-site for a minimum of five (5) working days per week during the active project phases. Any remote or off-site work must be pre-approved in writing by the buyer's Project Director. The supplier shall ensure that the Automotive Engineer holds a valid Turkish work permit and social security registration prior to commencing duties in Turkey Istanbul.

• 5.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding contractual obligation upon written acceptance by the supplier. Acceptance must be returned within five (5) business days of the issue date.
• 5.2 – The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all applicable Turkish labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (İSG), and the buyer's internal site safety protocols while working in Turkey Istanbul.
• 5.3 – Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in Section 1 within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and satisfactory completion of each project milestone.
• 5.4 – The supplier warrants that the Automotive Engineer possesses all necessary qualifications, certifications, and professional liability insurance valid in the Republic of Turkey.
• 5.5 – All intellectual property, test data, design documents, and proprietary information generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Anadolu Automotive Solutions Ltd.
• 5.6 – The supplier shall provide a detailed weekly progress report and a final comprehensive technical report upon project completion.
• 5.7 – In the event of non-performance or material breach, the buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with immediate written notice and withhold outstanding payments.
• 5.8 – Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO) in Turkey Istanbul.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Automotive Engineer services in Turkey Istanbul.
