The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

All services and deliverables associated with this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Purchasing Party's primary manufacturing and R&D facility located at 1250 Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, 700000. The Automotive Engineer shall report to the Engineering Department on-site no later than 08:00 AM Vietnam Standard Time (ICT, UTC+7) on each business day. The Supplier guarantees that the Automotive Engineer shall be physically present and fully operational at the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City facility within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in accordance with Vietnamese commercial banking regulations.
• 30% of the total Purchase Order value shall be due within fifteen (15) days of the Supplier's confirmed acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• 50% shall be due upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Automotive Engineer at the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City facility.
• The remaining 20% shall be due upon completion of the twelve-month engagement period, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation.
• All payments are subject to the presentation of valid VAT invoices compliant with the General Department of Taxation of Vietnam.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the 2015 Civil Code and the 2014 Commercial Law.
• The Automotive Engineer shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement covering all proprietary designs, prototypes, and technical data developed during the engagement in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• The Supplier warrants that the Automotive Engineer shall not be under any conflicting contractual obligation and shall possess all necessary work permits and legal authorization to perform engineering services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall facilitate the orderly transition of all engineering documentation and project files to the Purchasing Party.
• Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• The Supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 VND for the duration of this Purchase Order.
