- This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Premium Bakery & Confectionery Co. and is binding upon acceptance by the named Baker supplier, El-Ahram Artisan Baker & Wholesale Provisions Ltd. All goods and services referenced herein are subject to the commercial laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the specific municipal regulations governing food production in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Baker supplier shall ensure that all perishable ingredients (flour, butter, eggs, yeast, and chocolate) are delivered in a temperature-controlled vehicle maintained between 2°C and 8°C, in compliance with the Egyptian Food Safety Authority (EFSA) standards applicable to the Egypt Alexandria metropolitan area.
- Delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order shall be completed no later than June 26, 2025, at the designated warehouse in the El-Asboun Industrial Area, Egypt Alexandria. The Baker is responsible for all logistics, loading, and unloading coordination at the delivery site.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and quality inspection of all goods. The Baker supplier must submit a valid commercial invoice and VAT receipt to the accounts department of Alexandria Premium Bakery prior to processing payment.
- All equipment items (stand mixers, convection baking oven, and baking sheets) must carry a minimum of a two-year manufacturer's warranty. The Baker supplier shall provide installation, calibration, and operator training for all machinery delivered under this Purchase Order.
- In the event of non-conforming goods, the Buyer reserves the right to reject any or all items. The Baker supplier shall replace rejected goods within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer. Repeated quality failures (three or more occurrences within a 12-month period) shall constitute grounds for termination of the ongoing supply agreement.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a long-term supply contract. Any future orders shall be issued as separate Purchase Order documents. The Baker supplier's pricing is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Egypt Alexandria. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
- The Baker supplier warrants that all food-grade ingredients comply with Egyptian National Standards (EGS) and carry valid health certificates. The Baker shall maintain a current food handling license issued by the Alexandria Governorate's Health Department.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a single transaction. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
