- This Purchase Order is issued by Baker (Ghana) Ltd., a registered baking and confectionery enterprise operating from its principal facility in Ghana Accra, and constitutes a binding offer to purchase the goods and services listed herein.
- All items referenced in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Baker Central Warehouse located at 14 Independence Avenue, Osu District, Ghana Accra, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond this date will incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- The supplier, West African Industrial Baking Co. Ltd., shall ensure that all equipment and consumables conform to the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) regulations and meet the quality specifications outlined in the attached Baker technical annex (Document Ref: BAK-TA-2025-012).
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of confirmed receipt and satisfactory inspection of all goods at the Baker facility in Ghana Accra.
- All industrial equipment (Items 01, 02, 07, and 10) shall include a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty, with on-site service coverage available throughout the Ghana Accra metropolitan area and its immediate environs.
- The supplier is responsible for all transportation, unloading, and installation of equipment at the Baker premises in Ghana Accra. The delivery fee of GHS 8,500.00 included in this Purchase Order covers all logistics within the Ghana Accra city limits.
- Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with the seat of arbitration in Ghana Accra.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, Baker reserves the right to revise pricing or cancel the order without liability.
- All perishable goods (flour, butter, yeast, sugar, and oil) must be delivered in their original sealed packaging with a minimum of ninety (90) days remaining on their shelf life at the point of delivery to Baker in Ghana Accra.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed packing list and certificate of origin for all items upon delivery. Baker procurement staff at the Ghana Accra warehouse will conduct a joint inspection within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
