Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Crust Bakery Co., Ltd., represented by the Head Baker U Ko Min Htun, for the procurement of baking equipment, ingredients, and supplies to be delivered to the bakery premises located in Myanmar Yangon.
- The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the Baker's kitchen at 142 Strand Road, Sanchaung Township, Myanmar Yangon, no later than 29 June 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- All equipment items (deck ovens, dough mixer, temperature probes) must be installed, tested, and certified operational by the supplier's technical team at the Baker's facility in Myanmar Yangon prior to final acceptance.
- The Baker reserves the right to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any items found to be damaged, defective, or not conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order must be replaced within 7 calendar days at the supplier's sole expense.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days from the date of successful delivery and acceptance of all goods. The Baker shall issue a formal invoice acknowledgment upon receipt.
- All goods are subject to the quality standards and food safety regulations enforced by the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority for products used in commercial bakeries operating in Myanmar Yangon.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon.
- The supplier warrants that all ingredients (flour, yeast, butter) are fresh, within their shelf life, and comply with Myanmar national food safety standards. The Baker requires batch numbers and expiry dates to be clearly marked on all perishable items.
- Delivery within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area is included in the quoted price. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, loading, and unloading at the Baker's premises.
- This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written or electronic acceptance by both the Baker (buyer) and the supplier. No modifications to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
The Baker or an authorized representative at the Golden Crust Bakery kitchen in Myanmar Yangon shall sign the delivery receipt upon confirmation that all items in this Purchase Order have been received in full and in satisfactory condition. The signed delivery receipt shall serve as the final acceptance document for this Purchase Order.
