Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Baker Industries Ltd, a company registered in Auckland, New Zealand, and constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the supplier.
- All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Baker Industries facility located at 142 Federal Street, Ponsonby, Auckland 1011, New Zealand, on or before the required delivery date of 28 June 2025.
- All equipment must comply with New Zealand food safety standards (FSANZ) and Auckland Council commercial premises regulations. Baker Industries Ltd reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all Baker-compatible equipment items listed in this Purchase Order, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions in Auckland, New Zealand.
- Delivery shall be made during standard business hours (08:00–16:00 NZST, Monday to Friday). Baker Industries Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred due to missed delivery windows or failed access to the Auckland site.
- Installation and commissioning of all Baker Series equipment shall be completed within five (5) business days of delivery. The supplier's technicians must hold valid New Zealand working visas and appropriate trade qualifications.
- Any variations to this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both Baker Industries Ltd and the supplier prior to execution. Verbal agreements regarding this Purchase Order are not binding.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
- Baker Industries Ltd reserves the right to inspect all goods upon delivery at the Auckland warehouse. Any damaged or non-conforming items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, Baker Industries Ltd reserves the right to cancel without obligation.
