- Delivery Location: All goods under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the premises of Capital Bakers & Confectionery House, Shop 12, F-8 Markaz, Pakistan Islamabad. Baker Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. shall bear all transportation costs within the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan area.
- Delivery Timeline: Baker is required to complete full delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. Partial deliveries are permitted only with prior written consent from the purchasing party in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from Baker. A 25% advance payment shall be made upon signing this Purchase Order, with the remaining 75% due upon successful delivery and inspection in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Quality Assurance: Baker warrants that all equipment and materials supplied under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and in full compliance with PSQCA standards enforced in Pakistan Islamabad. Any defective items must be replaced within seven (7) days at Baker's sole expense.
- Installation & Training: Baker shall provide on-site installation of all machinery in Pakistan Islamabad and shall conduct a minimum of eight (8) hours of operator training for the staff of the purchasing party at no additional charge.
- Warranty: All Baker-branded equipment carries a minimum two-year comprehensive warranty. Consumable items (flour, sugar, butter, yeast) carry a shelf-life guarantee of no less than six months from the date of manufacture.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad under the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- Force Majeure: Neither Baker nor the purchasing party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Islamabad, or supply chain disruptions.
- Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Baker Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. and Capital Bakers & Confectionery House in Pakistan Islamabad.
