Terms and Conditions – Baker Purchase Order, Sri Lanka Colombo
- This Purchase Order is issued by Baker (Pvt) Ltd., a registered bakery and confectionery enterprise operating in Sri Lanka Colombo, and constitutes a binding procurement commitment upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Baker warehouse facility located at No. 42, Baker Street, Cinnamon Gardens, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka, no later than the stated delivery deadline of 29 June 2025.
- The supplier shall ensure that all perishable items, including butter, yeast, and coconut cream, are transported under appropriate cold-chain conditions suitable for the tropical climate of Sri Lanka Colombo to maintain product integrity upon arrival at Baker's premises.
- Payment shall be made by Baker via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and quality inspection of all goods at the Baker facility in Colombo.
- All products must comply with the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) food safety regulations and the requirements of the Sri Lanka Food and Drugs Administration. Baker reserves the right to reject any shipment that does not meet these statutory standards.
