- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via TED (Transferência Eletrônica Disponível) or PIX to the supplier's account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law (Código Civil Brasileiro, Art. 536 et seq.).
