5. Confidentiality and Data Protection: All financial data, client information, and transaction records handled by the Banker shall be treated as strictly confidential. Data processing shall occur exclusively within the territory of France, with primary data centers located in France Paris.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of ninety (90) days. 8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or regulatory changes enacted by the Banque de France or the European Central Bank.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
