- Delivery: All Banker-supplied equipment and systems shall be delivered to the designated banking premises in Sudan Khartoum within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. Installation and commissioning shall be completed within an additional thirty (30) days.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon successful delivery and installation of all Banker equipment in Sudan Khartoum, and 20% upon final acceptance after a 30-day operational trial period.
- Warranty: Banker Financial Solutions (Sudan) Ltd. shall provide a minimum two-year comprehensive warranty on all hardware items and a full subscription period warranty on all software and licensing products. Warranty service shall be available at all banking locations in Sudan Khartoum.
- Compliance: All Banker products, services, and systems procured under this Purchase Order shall comply with the regulations of the Central Bank of Sudan, the Sudanese Financial Regulatory Authority, and all applicable banking laws governing operations in Khartoum, Sudan.
- Professional Banking Standards: Banker shall ensure that all banking equipment and systems meet international banking security standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and are specifically adapted for the operational environment of Sudan Khartoum, including climate resilience and local power infrastructure considerations.
