The remaining 60% balance (TRY 375,912.00) shall be paid within 30 days of confirmed delivery and successful installation at the Turkey Istanbul premises. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) provisions.
All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the following address in Turkey Istanbul: Meridian Financial Solutions Ltd., 42 Levent Avenue, Suite 1200, Istanbul 34330, Turkey. The vendor is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance (if applicable for imported components), insurance during transit, and final placement within the designated Banker's office. - This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

- The vendor warrants all hardware for a minimum of 24 months and all software licenses for the full subscription period as stated.
