All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is applied at the standard United Kingdom rate of 20% in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) regulations. The supplier must provide a valid VAT invoice referencing this Purchase Order number.
All physical equipment and materials specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the buyer's premises at 142 New Street, Birmingham, B2 4HA, United Kingdom. The supplier (Banker) is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and installation costs within the Birmingham metropolitan area. Installation and commissioning of banking equipment must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. The Banker shall provide a written certificate of completion and a 24-month warranty on all hardware components. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.

This Purchase Order is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Meridian Commercial Holdings Limited, as well as the applicable provisions of the United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Supply of Services Act 1982, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where applicable). The Banker acknowledges and agrees to comply with all Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017, and all data protection requirements under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom, or by arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) at the buyer's election.
