- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- The Biologist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology or a related life science discipline from an accredited Egyptian or internationally recognized university. A PhD is preferred for the Senior Biologist position specified in Item 001.
- All laboratory work performed by the Biologist must comply with the Egyptian Ministry of Health biosafety regulations and the institutional biosafety protocols established at the Nile Scientific Research Institute facility in Cairo.
- The supplier shall ensure that the Biologist is fully registered with the Egyptian Social Insurance Authority prior to the commencement of duties. Failure to comply will result in a 5% penalty on the total Purchase Order value.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) within forty-five (45) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The supplier must provide a VAT-registered invoice compliant with Egyptian tax authority requirements.

The Biologist must report to the Nile Scientific Research Institute laboratory at 12 El-Gouna Street, Dokki, Cairo, Egypt, no later than 01 August 2025 at 09:00 AM local time. The supplier is responsible for coordinating all logistics, including transportation arrangements within Egypt Cairo, to ensure the Biologist arrives on schedule. Acceptance of the Biologist's services will be confirmed in writing by the Head of Biological Sciences within ten (10) business days of the start date. If the Biologist fails to meet the qualifications outlined in this Purchase Order, the Institute reserves the right to reject the engagement and request a full refund within thirty (30) days.
