• Preparing and submitting detailed weekly progress reports to the Project Director, documenting all experimental procedures, observations, and preliminary data analysis.
• Collaborating with the in-house team of researchers and technicians at the India Bangalore site to ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and biosafety protocols.
• Assisting in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment including centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and biosafety cabinets.
• Providing expert consultation on experimental design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of biological data for the ongoing Phase II research project.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between GreenLeaf Biotech Research Pvt. Ltd. and the named Biologist for the duration specified herein. All work shall be performed at the India Bangalore laboratory premises unless otherwise approved in writing.
2. The Biologist shall adhere to all applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and relevant Karnataka state regulations governing professional services and laboratory operations.
3. Payment shall be made in monthly installments within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Biologist. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Biologist.
4. All intellectual property, data, and research findings generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of GreenLeaf Biotech Research Pvt. Ltd. The Biologist shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
5. The Biologist is expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week at the India Bangalore facility, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00 IST, with flexibility for extended hours during critical experimental phases.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of early termination, payment shall be made pro-rata for services rendered up to the date of termination.
7. The Biologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of INR 50,00,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.
8. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka.
9. This Purchase Order is subject to the GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations of India. The Biologist shall provide a valid GST invoice for each payment cycle.
