This Purchase Order is issued by the Tehran Provincial Research & Development Institute to formally engage a qualified Biologist for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 August 2025. All amounts are denominated in Iranian Rials (IRR). Exchange rate reference: 1 USD ≈ 585,000 IRR (as of June 2025, Central Bank of Iran). Payment shall be processed through the designated banking channel in Tehran, Iran.
- Commencement and Location: The Biologist shall report for duty at the Institute's Tehran facility no later than 08:00 local time (IRST, UTC+3:30) on 1 August 2025. All work shall be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Tehran, Iran, unless prior written authorization is granted for fieldwork in adjacent provinces.
- Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be disbursed in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of 165,833,333 IRR, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the Biologist's registered account in Tehran, Iran. The first installment shall be due on 5 August 2025.
- Compliance with Iranian Law: The Biologist acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including but not limited to the Iranian Labor Code, the National Biotechnology Act, and all environmental protection statutes enforced by the Department of Environment in Tehran.
- Intellectual Property: All research data, publications, patents, and intellectual property generated by the Biologist during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of the Tehran Provincial Research & Development Institute. - Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Biologist shall complete all ongoing experiments and submit a comprehensive handover report to the Institute's Tehran office within the notice period.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center, located in Tehran, Iran. The governing law shall be the civil and commercial law of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- Confidentiality: The Biologist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive biological materials, genetic data, and institutional research strategies encountered during the course of employment in Iran Tehran. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
