• Perform taxonomic identification and population assessments of native flora and fauna species in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan's Environmental Code.
• Manage and maintain the Almaty BioResearch Institute's herbarium, zoological specimen collection, and molecular biology database.
• Prepare quarterly scientific reports on ecological health indicators for submission to the Almaty City Department of Ecology and the Kazakhstan Ministry of Agriculture.
• Supervise junior research assistants and coordinate with local universities including Kazakh National Pedagogical University and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
• Ensure all fieldwork and laboratory activities comply with Kazakhstan's national biosafety regulations and international IUCN guidelines.

• Place of Performance: All services and deliveries shall be executed at the Almaty BioResearch Institute facility located at 45 Abay Avenue, Almaty, 050040, Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Monthly salary payments for the Biologist shall be processed on the last working day of each calendar month.

• This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code, the Labor Code, and the Tax Code.
• The Biologist shall maintain valid professional certification recognized by the Kazakhstan Ministry of Education and Scientific Development throughout the duration of this engagement.
• Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Purchase Order through negotiation, and failing that, through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.
• The Supplier warrants that the Biologist possesses a minimum of a Master's degree in Biology, Ecology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant field and laboratory experience.
• All intellectual property generated by the Biologist during the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of the Almaty BioResearch Institute LLP.
• This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Almaty region, shall be handled in accordance with Article 393 of the Civil Code of Kazakhstan.
