• 3.2 The Biologist shall maintain all necessary professional certifications, including a valid Moroccan professional license issued by the Ordre des Biologistes du Maroc, and shall present such documentation upon commencement of services at the Casablanca facility.
• 3.3 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Biologist within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. • 3.8 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation.
