The Biologist must be proficient in taxonomic classification, environmental sampling methodologies, data analysis using statistical software, and the preparation of scientific reports in accordance with Myanmar's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation (MONREC) regulatory standards.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Yangon Environmental Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and Delta Scientific Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the provision of Biologist professional services in Yangon, Myanmar.
- The Biologist assigned under this Purchase Order shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the Buyer's research facility in Kyauktada Township, Yangon. The Biologist is expected to work a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 Myanmar Standard Time (MST, UTC+6:30), with additional fieldwork days as required by the project schedule.
- Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account at the Yangon branch of the designated commercial bank. Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis, and payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Biologist engaged under this Purchase Order holds all necessary professional certifications, valid work permits, and any required registrations with the Myanmar Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population. The Supplier is solely responsible for the Biologist's salary, social security contributions, and statutory benefits in accordance with Myanmar labour law.
- All data, reports, samples, and intellectual property generated by the Biologist during the course of this engagement shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer. The Biologist shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
- The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of unsatisfactory performance by the Biologist, provided that a written performance improvement plan has been issued and a minimum of fourteen (14) days have elapsed without adequate remediation.
- All work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Environmental Conservation Law of Myanmar (2012), the Wildlife Protection Law, and all applicable regulations of MONREC and the Yangon City Development Committee.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of competent jurisdiction in Yangon, Myanmar.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Biologist in Yangon, Myanmar. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one retained by each party.
