- Compliance: The Biomedical Engineer shall comply with all applicable French national regulations, European Union medical device directives (MDR 2017/745), and local health authority requirements specific to the France Lyon jurisdiction.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary technical documentation accessed during the performance of this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
