- The supplier, MedTech Consulting S.r.l., warrants that the Biomedical Engineer assigned to this contract holds all necessary qualifications, certifications, and professional registrations valid in the Italian healthcare system, specifically within the Campania region and the city of Naples.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 192/1998) as amended.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain a detailed log of all interventions, calibrations, and safety checks performed on medical devices at the Naples facility. Monthly reports shall be submitted to the hospital's Technical Directorate by the fifth business day of each subsequent month.

- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil and commercial procedure. The parties agree to attempt mediation before the Camera di Commercio di Napoli prior to initiating any judicial proceedings.
