Description of Services – Biomedical Engineer EngagementThis Purchase Order is issued by Seahor Medical Technologies (Pvt) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi, to formally engage the services of a qualified Biomedical Engineer for the comprehensive calibration, maintenance, and quality assurance of medical diagnostic and therapeutic equipment across our affiliated hospital network in Pakistan Karachi. The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring all medical devices comply with the Pakistan Medical Device Regulations 2019 and the standards set forth by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Seahor Medical Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. and the named Biomedical Engineer upon written acceptance. All work shall be performed within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Karachi, Sindh Province, Pakistan.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall possess a valid license issued by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in hospital biomedical engineering. A copy of the license and CV must be submitted prior to commencement of work.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the first two quarters of service, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Biomedical Engineer.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Pakistan Medical Device Regulations 2019, the Sindh Occupational Health and Safety Act, and all municipal by-laws applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
- All calibration certificates, maintenance logs, and compliance reports generated under this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the procurement department of Seahor Medical Technologies within five (5) working days of each service visit.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 10,000,000 for the duration of this engagement in Pakistan Karachi.
- Any modification, extension, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be recognized.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan. The governing law shall be the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall not subcontract any portion of the work outlined in this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the procurement authority of Seahor Medical Technologies.
- All intellectual property, data, and patient-related information encountered during the course of this engagement shall remain the confidential property of Seahor Medical Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. and shall be handled in strict accordance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill.
By signing below, the Biomedical Engineer acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to perform all services as described herein in Pakistan Karachi under the stated terms and conditions. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue.
