This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Medical Equipment & Engineering Services Co. Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to be deployed at our primary facility located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for the installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all medical diagnostic and therapeutic equipment across our hospital network in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The scope of work encompasses ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and the Ministry of Health (MOH) standards applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

The Biomedical Engineer personnel shall report to the Al-Riyadh Medical Center main facility at King Fahd Road, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, no later than 07:00 AM on 1 July 2025. All on-site work shall be conducted within the premises of Saudi Arabia Riyadh unless prior written authorization is granted by the purchasing authority. The Biomedical Engineer is required to carry valid Saudi professional license, Iqama, and all necessary work permits as mandated by the Saudi government for the Saudi Arabia Riyadh region.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Transactions Law.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The vendor must provide a valid VAT invoice compliant with ZATCA regulations.
- The Biomedical Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from an accredited institution and possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience in hospital equipment management in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or equivalent Gulf region facilities.
- All equipment calibration and maintenance records shall be maintained in both Arabic and English and submitted monthly to the procurement office in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- The vendor shall indemnify the purchasing entity against any claims arising from negligence or non-compliance by the Biomedical Engineer during the execution of services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Early termination may be invoked by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, the Purchase Order shall be settled on a pro-rata basis for services rendered up to the termination date.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital operational information, and proprietary equipment specifications encountered by the Biomedical Engineer in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or through arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
