The Biomedical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide comprehensive technical expertise in the following areas within the Switzerland Zurich operational zone:
- Design, installation, and commissioning of advanced diagnostic imaging equipment (MRI, CT, and ultrasound systems) at the Switzerland Zurich clinical site.
- Preventive maintenance and calibration of all Class IIa and Class IIb medical devices in compliance with Swissmedic regulations and ISO 13485 standards applicable in Switzerland Zurich.
- Development and implementation of a biomedical asset management system tailored to the operational requirements of the Switzerland Zurich facility.

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with specific jurisdiction vested in the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Zurich.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Switzerland Zurich. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Swiss rate.
