2. Qualification Requirements: The Biomedical Engineer(s) assigned to this contract must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from an accredited Turkish university, possess a valid professional license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health, and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in medical device engineering within Turkey.
3. Delivery and Commencement: The Biomedical Engineer shall report to the designated facility in Ankara no later than 15 July 2025. All equipment and tools required for the service shall be provided by the Supplier at their own cost.
4. Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract commencement, 30% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the comprehensive service report to the Ankara Directorate.
5. Compliance and Reporting: The Biomedical Engineer shall submit monthly progress reports to the Purchasing Party. All work must comply with the Turkish Public Procurement Law (4734 sayılı Kamu İhale Kanunu) and the specific technical annexes attached to this Purchase Order.
6. Confidentiality: The Supplier and the assigned Biomedical Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, hospital operational procedures, and proprietary medical device information encountered during service delivery in Turkey Ankara.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Biomedical Engineer shall complete all in-progress calibrations and hand over all documentation to the Ankara Directorate before departure.
8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
