This Purchase Order is issued by the Texas Medical Innovation Center to formally engage the services of a qualified Biomedical Engineer to support ongoing medical device validation, clinical equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance programs at our primary facility located in Houston, United States. The selected Biomedical Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an ABET-accredited institution in the United States. Additionally, the Biomedical Engineer is expected to possess current certification from the American Society for Engineering Compliance (ASEC) and demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in hospital-grade biomedical equipment management. The Biomedical Engineer will operate under the direct supervision of the Chief Technology Officer at the Houston, United States facility and will report bi-weekly to the Procurement and Operations Division.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Texas Medical Innovation Center and Advanced Biomedical Consulting Group, LLC for the provision of Biomedical Engineer services at the designated facility in Houston, United States.
- The Biomedical Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order must comply with all applicable federal, state (Texas), and local regulations governing medical device engineering, including but not limited to FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Payment shall be rendered on a net-30 basis from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-HOU-BME-0472) and be submitted to the Accounts Payable department at the Houston, United States headquarters.
- The Biomedical Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, naming the Texas Medical Innovation Center as an additional insured party.
- All work performed by the Biomedical Engineer under this Purchase Order shall be conducted at the primary facility located at 4500 Medical Center Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030, United States, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Chief Technology Officer.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Biomedical Engineer shall complete all in-progress calibration and validation tasks and deliver a comprehensive transition report.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Any disputes arising herein shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Houston, United States.
