This Purchase Order is issued by the Tashkent Regional Clinical Medical Center to procure the professional services of a qualified Biomedical Engineer along with associated equipment, calibration tools, and technical support required for the maintenance, installation, and operational oversight of all diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices deployed across the facility in Uzbekistan Tashkent. Important Note: All services rendered under this Purchase Order must be performed in accordance with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan guidelines. The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this contract must hold a valid professional license recognized by the Uzbekistan State Committee on Standardization and Quality Control. All work will be conducted at the primary facility located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with possible satellite visits to district hospitals within the Tashkent region.

All physical deliveries of equipment, spare parts, and documentation under this Purchase Order shall be made to the Tashkent Regional Clinical Medical Center, 12 Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent 100000, Uzbekistan. The Biomedical Engineer shall report to the Clinical Engineering Department on-site in Tashkent no later than 01 July 2025. All services, training sessions, and audits referenced in this Purchase Order are to be conducted within the Tashkent metropolitan area, Republic of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in USD. The supplier must provide a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-UZ-TK-2025-04782) for each payment request. All transactions are subject to the foreign exchange regulations of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  1. Qualification of Biomedical Engineer: The Biomedical Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field, possess at least five (5) years of professional experience in hospital clinical engineering, and maintain current certification recognized by the relevant Uzbekistan Tashkent health regulatory body. Proof of qualifications must be submitted prior to commencement of services.
  2. Compliance: All work performed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Law on Medical Activity, the Law on Medical Devices, and all applicable Tashkent municipal health regulations.
  3. Confidentiality: The Biomedical Engineer and the supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient data, proprietary hospital systems, and operational information encountered during the performance of duties in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
  4. Warranty: All equipment and spare parts delivered under this Purchase Order carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery to the Tashkent facility. The Biomedical Engineer shall be responsible for initiating warranty claims on behalf of the hospital.
  5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Biomedical Engineer's services shall wind down in an orderly manner to ensure no disruption to patient care at the Tashkent facility.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
  7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting the Tashkent, Uzbekistan region.
