Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Kinshasa Development Partners SARL and the Business Consultant named herein. Both parties acknowledge that all services shall be rendered in Kinshasa, DR Congo, and governed by the commercial laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- The Business Consultant shall dedicate a minimum of 25 hours per week to the engagement and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the purchasing entity. All deliverables must be submitted in both French and English to comply with the bilingual requirements of DR Congo Kinshasa business operations.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Business Consultant's designated account at a licensed financial institution in Kinshasa, DR Congo. Invoices must be submitted at the end of each calendar month and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
- The Business Consultant warrants that all advice, analyses, and recommendations provided shall be original, accurate, and free from conflicts of interest. The Business Consultant shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary information of the purchasing entity.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Business Consultant shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, less any applicable deductions.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the Congolese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- The Business Consultant shall comply with all applicable labor, tax, and professional licensing regulations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Business Consultant is responsible for their own professional liability insurance.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
