Scope of Services — Business Consultant EngagementThis Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Enterprise Group W.L.L. to formally engage Gulf Strategic Advisory Partners LLC to provide professional Business Consultant services. - This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature. All services described herein shall be rendered by the appointed Business Consultant or their directly supervised team members.
- The Business Consultant shall maintain a dedicated office presence at the buyer's premises in Kuwait, Kuwait City during all active service periods, with a minimum of four (4) on-site working days per week.
- Payment shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Gulf Strategic Advisory Partners LLC. Invoices shall be submitted monthly and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
- All intellectual property, reports, models, and deliverables produced by the Business Consultant under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Al-Nakheel Enterprise Group W.L.L. upon full payment.
- The Business Consultant shall adhere to all data protection and confidentiality obligations under Kuwaiti law. No client data, financial records, or proprietary information shall be disclosed to third parties or removed from Kuwait, Kuwait City without written authorization.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the buyer shall compensate the Business Consultant for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- The Business Consultant shall provide a comprehensive final report and executive presentation within ten (10) business days of the completion of all service line items.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the Commercial Law of the State of Kuwait (Law No. 18 of 1960) and all amendments thereto.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Business Consultant in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
