- Work hours shall comply with the municipal noise and construction regulations of the City of Buenos Aires (Ley 144/99), limiting on-site carpentry operations to 08:00–18:00 on weekdays and 08:00–13:00 on Saturdays.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, Ley 26.994) and the applicable commercial regulations of the Province of Buenos Aires.
- The Carpenter warrants that all wood materials used shall be sourced from legally managed forests in compliance with Argentine environmental law (Ley 25.675 de Presupuestos Mínimos de Protección Ambiental de los Bosques Nativos) and shall carry valid CITES documentation where applicable for exotic species.
- The Carpenter shall maintain valid workers' compensation insurance (Seguro de Riesgos del Trabajo) through a registered ART (Aseguradora de Riesgos del Trabajo) for all personnel working on-site in Buenos Aires.
- A minimum 12-month warranty is provided on all carpentry workmanship and materials from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this period shall be repaired at the Carpenter's sole expense.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio Argentina).
- The Carpenter shall not subcontract any portion of the work without prior written consent from the Buyer. Any approved subcontractor must also be a licensed Carpenter or woodwork specialist registered in Buenos Aires.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Buenos Aires metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations proportionally, with written notice within 48 hours.
