Project Notes: This Purchase Order covers the complete Carpenter engagement for the Andina Woodcraft Solutions office renovation project located in the Zona Rosa district of Bogotá, Colombia. The Carpenter, Master Jorge Restrepo, is responsible for all fabrication, assembly, and finishing work. All woodwork must comply with the Colombian National Technical Standards (NTC) for furniture and structural wood elements. The Carpenter must coordinate with the site supervisor at the Bogotá premises for daily progress reports. Delivery and installation must be completed within the city of Bogotá D.C. No off-site fabrication beyond the vendor's workshop in La Soledad is permitted without prior written approval from the buyer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
2. The Carpenter (vendor) warrants that all workmanship meets or exceeds the quality standards expected for commercial-grade furniture in the Bogotá market. A 24-month warranty on all carpentry work is included.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account in COP within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, provided all deliverables have been inspected and approved by the buyer's project manager in Bogotá.
4. The Carpenter must maintain valid liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (Arl) throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, as required by Colombian labor regulations.
5. Late delivery beyond the required date of July 15, 2025, shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
6. All materials used by the Carpenter must be sourced from legally certified Colombian forestry operations (FSC or equivalent) to comply with environmental regulations in Colombia.
7. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 10 business days from the date of issue. The Carpenter must confirm acceptance in writing via email to the buyer's procurement department.
