4. Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made to Master Carpenter Rajesh Kumar & Associates via NEFT/RTGS transfer to the bank account specified in the supplier's GST registration (Bank: State Bank of India, Branch: Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India; A/C No: ****-****-4521; IFSC: SBIN0001234). The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of all carpenter fabrication work at the workshop in New Delhi, India, and the remaining 30% upon final installation, quality inspection, and written sign-off at the project site in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India. 5. Quality, Compliance & Delivery Obligations

The carpenter shall ensure that all woodwork delivered under this Purchase Order meets the quality benchmarks set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for timber and wood products. All timber sourced shall be FSC-certified or sourced from legally managed forests within India. The carpenter is required to maintain a valid trade license issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and shall carry adequate workmen's compensation insurance for all carpentry staff deployed at the New Delhi, India project site. Any defects in carpenter workmanship discovered within a 12-month warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
