Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is binding upon written acceptance by the Carpenter (CV. Wijaya Woodcraft & Carpentry Services) and signature by the authorized representative of PT. Nusantara Interior Solutions.
All carpentry work shall be performed at the project site located in Indonesia Jakarta, specifically at Menara Sudirman, Floor 12. The Carpenter is responsible for transporting all materials and equipment to the Indonesia Jakarta site at no additional cost.
The Carpenter shall commence work no later than 22 June 2025 and shall complete all deliverables by 15 August 2025. Any delay beyond the agreed timeline shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon Purchase Order acceptance, 40% upon completion of fabrication and delivery to the Indonesia Jakarta site, and 30% upon final inspection, acceptance, and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above.
The Carpenter warrants that all wood materials used are legally sourced, free from pests, and compliant with Indonesian forestry regulations (Permen LHK). Certificates of legality shall be provided upon request.
All work must adhere to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for wood products and carpentry. The Carpenter shall maintain valid work permits and insurance coverage for all personnel operating in Indonesia Jakarta.
The Carpenter shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all fabricated items against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims shall be addressed within 14 business days of written notice.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI).
The Carpenter shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction and carpentry work in Indonesia Jakarta, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of wood dust and chemical finishes.
Any modifications to the scope of work must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
