Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three instalments to the Carpenter as follows:

• Instalment 1 (40%): ILS 107,793.00 — Due upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order, to be paid within 7 business days. This amount covers material procurement and workshop fabrication.
• Instalment 2 (35%): ILS 94,318.88 — Due upon completion of 50% of the on-site installation work in Israel Tel Aviv, as verified by the Buyer's site supervisor.
• Instalment 3 (25%): ILS 67,370.62 — Due upon final completion, inspection, and written sign-off by the Buyer. No later than 30 August 2025.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Carpenter's designated account: Bank Leumi, Branch 002, Account 001-448-772-9. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law.

• The Carpenter shall comply with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and labour laws of the State of Israel, including those enforced by the Israel Labour Ministry and the local municipality of Israel Tel Aviv.
• All wood materials used under this Purchase Order must be FSC-certified or equivalent sustainable sourcing, and must meet Israeli environmental standards for indoor air quality (emission limits per SII 527).
• The Carpenter shall maintain full public liability insurance (minimum ILS 2,000,000) and workers' compensation coverage for the duration of the project in Israel Tel Aviv.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
• The Carpenter guarantees all workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects arising within this warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the Buyer.
• Work hours on-site in Israel Tel Aviv shall be Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, in accordance with local noise ordinances. Saturday and Sunday work requires prior written approval.
