All materials and finished carpentry elements shall be delivered to the project site at Via Toledo 142, Italy Naples, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday. The Carpenter is responsible for safe transport, unloading, and on-site storage of all timber and components. Given the narrow streets and restricted traffic zones (ZTL) of central Italy Naples, the Carpenter must arrange delivery vehicles compliant with the municipal access permits and schedule deliveries during approved time windows. A dedicated loading bay will be available at the rear of the property.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of items 01, 02, and 05; 30% upon final inspection and sign-off. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account specified by the Carpenter within 30 days of invoice receipt.
- Warranty: The Carpenter provides a minimum 24-month warranty on all workmanship and 12-month warranty on all supplied materials. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be remedied at no additional cost to the Purchasing Entity.
- Compliance: All timber used must be legally sourced and accompanied by FSC or PEFC certification documents. The Carpenter shall comply with Italian occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and all environmental disposal requirements for wood waste in the Campania region.
- Insurance: The Carpenter shall maintain valid liability insurance (RC professionale) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 for the duration of the contract and shall provide a certificate upon request.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Napoli, Italy Naples, in accordance with Italian civil law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions specific to the Italy Naples region.
- Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
