- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. The Carpenter and his workshop must confirm acceptance in writing within 10 business days.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of structural framing and flooring, and 30% upon final inspection and acceptance of all carpentry works in Ivory Coast Abidjan. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Carpenter's workshop.
- Delivery and Site Access: All carpentry materials and finished components must be delivered to the project site at Boulevard de Vridi, Plateau, Ivory Coast Abidjan. The Carpenter is responsible for safe transport and on-site storage of all timber and hardware.
- Quality Standards: All woodwork must meet the specifications outlined in the attached technical drawings (Annex A). The Carpenter guarantees that all hardwood materials are sustainably sourced and comply with Ivorian forestry regulations. Any defective workmanship must be rectified at the Carpenter's own cost within 7 days of notification.
- Warranty: The Carpenter provides a 24-month warranty on all structural carpentry and a 12-month warranty on finishing and hardware. This warranty is valid throughout the Ivory Coast Abidjan metropolitan area.
- Health and Safety: The Carpenter and all team members must comply with the occupational health and safety regulations of Côte d'Ivoire. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory on site. The Carpenter shall carry adequate liability insurance.
